All the Tangles on my tile are new to me. I am not really sure if it is enough to use one new Tangle with a certain letter and the rest can be random or if all the tangles have to be new ones starting with the same letter.
Anyway. The tiles I used were:
None of them are really my favorites, I think. Jilli could be something I might use more often. I love these wavy kinds of patterns.
Am I happy with this? Naw. Mostly because I am not sure what I was supposed to do and none of the patterns were familiar or even ones I enjoyed. So, I think it is really important for me to have some kind of comfort zone.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it a bit. I am off tomorrow to Germany. :)
I tend to stick with patterns beginning with the letter of the week and try to do as many new as I can. Having re-read the rules it says you can use any others you like, but I don't know if it means any others beginning with J or just anything at all. Anyway I enjoyed reading your thoughts and seeing what you came up with, beautifully drawn, I like wavy patterns too.
VastaaPoistaIt's just good to try your hand at something new. Sometimes we stumble across a real gem, sometimes not so much! And yes, from my understanding we are to use at least one new pattern that starts with the letter of the week, but we can add more. At least that's what I hope it is because that's what I've been doing!!!
